📍 On March 25, 2026, an important event for the future of the region took place in the village of Kobleve — public hearings regarding the draft of the Comprehensive Plan for the Spatial Development of the Territory of the Kobleve territorial community and the corresponding report on the Strategic environmental assessment.
The discussion was attended by:
• from the Kobleve community — residents, activists, representatives of the administration and territorial bodies;
• from Archizem — architects, engineers, specialists of the Land management department and the project manager of the project.
The development of the Comprehensive Plan was directly carried out by the cartographic, architectural and Land management departments of Archizem. Communication with the customer, organization of processes and support of the project were provided by the project management team.
🔎 What is the Comprehensive Plan for the Spatial Development of the Territory?
This is a strategic document that combines Urban Planning documentation and Land management documentation — regarding the entire community. It coordinates the interests of the state, community and business, creating a clear legal basis for investments and development.
Thanks to this comprehensive document, the community gets the opportunity to:
✔️ attract investments and implement development projects;
✔️ effectively develop road and engineering infrastructure;
✔️ plan the placement of social objects.
🏗️ During the presentation, key solutions regarding the development of the territory of the community and settlements were presented.
In particular, it is determined:
• boundaries of residential development
• territories for industrial and logistics objects
• zones of recreation, tourism and leisure
Special attention is paid to the modernization of the transport system, the renewal of engineering networks and issues of environmental safety.
