On July 30, 2026, at the meeting of the architectural and urban planning council under the Cherkasy Regional State Administration, the Archizem specialists presented the Comprehensive Plan for the Spatial Development of the Territory (CSDP) of the Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi urban territorial community and the Historical-Architectural Reference Plan (HARP) of the city of Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi.

🌿 Main directions of community development
🔹 Spatial development
The expansion of city boundaries is provided for the formation of new residential quarters, the creation of a modular town for internally displaced persons, the development of the "Korsun" industrial park and logistics infrastructure.
🔹 Land management solutions
The document defines the prospective distribution of land by categories, territories for privatization and compulsory acquisition for public needs, as well as a set of measures for soil protection and the development of the community's green frame.
🔹 Engineering and tourism infrastructure
The creation of the "Korsun over the Ros" tourist cluster, the development of water supply systems, the construction of fire stations, the modernization of the waste management sector, and the preservation of historical and cultural heritage are planned.
🏛️ Special attention during the meeting was paid to the presentation of the Historical-Architectural Reference Plan (HARP) of the city of Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi. The document systematizes information about cultural heritage objects, defines their protection zones, and creates a basis for preserving the city's historical environment during its further development.
