Normative Monetary Valuation

Normative monetary valuation of land plots is the capitalized rental income from a land plot, determined according to established and approved standards.

Normative monetary valuation is used to determine the amount of land tax, rent, state duty for gift, inheritance, losses of forestry production, and in other cases provided by law.

Normative monetary valuation of land plots is carried out in accordance with Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1147 dated 03.11.2021.
