Design Engineering

From concept to building permit. We develop comprehensive design and estimate documentation (DED) for new construction, reconstruction, capital repair, and restoration projects. Our scope covers all stages — from preliminary design solutions and feasibility studies to detailed working documentation and estimates.
We work in compliance with the current State Building Codes of Ukraine (DBN) and international best practices, employ BIM technology, prepare documentation packages for expert review, and provide support until the building permit is obtained.
Our projects stand for precise technical solutions, predictable timelines, and budget control that ensure seamless on-site implementation. We engineer reliability.
