About the role:

Become a key specialist in Archizem's international projects. You will be responsible for transforming laser scanning data (point clouds) into precise architectural documentation and 3D models for our European partners. This is the ideal role for a meticulous professional who sees the beauty in details and technology.

Your main tasks:

  • creating detailed 2D drawings (plans, elevations, sections, roof plans) in CAD based on point clouds.
  • developing and correcting 3D models of buildings and structures using BIM (Scan-to-BIM process).
  • working with scan processing software (e.g., Recap/Reality Capture).
  • ensuring maximum technical accuracy and compliance with source data.

Our candidate has:

  • higher education in architecture or civil engineering.
  • at least 1 year of experience working with architectural documentation.
  • practical skills in CAD (mandatory).
  • experience working with point clouds (laser scanning) — even at the level of test assignments.
  • attention to detail, thoroughness, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • readiness to complete a test assignment (developing a plan, an elevation, and a section from a building's point cloud).

You will be responsible for creating the urban planning documentation that defines the development of cities and territories, working on exciting Ukrainian projects. This is the ideal role for a strategically-minded architect who sees the future in the details of regulations and master plans.

Your main tasks:

  • development of local-level urban planning documentation: comprehensive spatial development plans, general plans, detailed territory plans.
  • organization and management of the full development cycle: from data collection to presentation at public hearings and architectural-urban planning councils.
  • coordination with related specialists, analysis of incoming information, and approval of design solutions.
  • participation in business trips for site surveys and execution of key project stages.
  • preparation and formatting of the complete documentation package in electronic and paper form, including preparing drawings for print.

Our candidate has:

  • higher education in architecture or urban planning.
  • practical experience in developing urban planning documentation (from 1 year).
  • understanding of the legislative and regulatory framework in urban planning.
  • confident PC skills; experience with ArcGIS will be a significant plus (we will provide training if needed).
