On July 7, 2026, a meeting of the architectural and urban planning council took place, during which the Archizem specialists presented the draft Comprehensive Plan for the Spatial Development of the Territory (CSDP) of the Kobleve rural territorial community.
The Comprehensive Plan for the Spatial Development of the Territory, as a strategically important document for the community, forms a modern model of community development, creates prerequisites for attracting investments, developing entrepreneurship, efficiently using land resources, and comprehensive territorial planning.
📋 The Comprehensive Plan for the Spatial Development of the Territory of the Kobleve community includes:
• the Comprehensive Plan for the Spatial Development of the Territory itself for the entire territory of the Kobleve community;
• the General Plan of the Settlement of the administrative center — the village of Kobleve;
• planning solutions of the General Plan of the Settlement of the village of Anatolivka;
• report on the Strategic environmental assessment;
• engineering and technical civil protection measures.
🛠 Among the key project solutions:
• formation of a year-round recreational and tourist cluster on the coast of the sea and the Tiligul estuary;
• development of an industrial and logistics hub along the international M-14 highway;
• construction of a new main road along the Tiligul estuary, which will improve transport connection between the settlements of the community;
• modernization of engineering infrastructure, water supply systems, and development of a network of fire stations for increasing the safety of residents.
💬 During the meeting, members of the architectural and urban planning council discussed and analyzed the proposed project solutions in detail, while Archizem specialists provided explanations regarding the functional purpose of territories, infrastructure solutions, and perspectives for the implementation of the Comprehensive Plan for the Spatial Development of the Territory.
