Since the end of 2025, one of the companies of the Archizem group officially acquired the status of a Diia.City resident (as an operating company), and since January 2026, joined the Diia.City Union.
🚀 For us, this is not just a change in legal status, but primarily a confirmation of compliance with the highest standards of transparency, technology and innovation declared by this legal regime.
Within the legal framework of Diia.City, our activity is focused on engineering and the development of design documentation using building information modeling (BIM) technologies. 🏗💻
Today Archizem successfully develops BIM models for foreign customers within the framework of foreign economic contracts. At the same time, the company's development strategy closely correlates with the state policy in the field of digitalization of construction. Guided by the Concept of implementation of building information modeling technologies (BIM technology) in Ukraine, from 2026 we significantly expand the range of services for the domestic market as well.
From now on, within the framework of developing Ukrainian design documentation, Archizem will additionally carry out:
• laser scanning of objects;
• processing of point clouds;
• production of BIM models of construction objects.
Such an approach will guarantee the customer receiving, in addition to the design documentation, a digital twin of the object, suitable for analysis, calculations and further management at all stages of the building's life cycle. 🖥🏢
