Archizem specialists created a BIM model of a railway section that includes a bridge and an underpass. The model accurately captures the current state of these structures, forming a reliable digital basis for subsequent design work and rehabilitation planning.

Using laser scanning data as a source, the team developed a BIM model with an accuracy of approximately 5 cm (LOD 100), providing an efficient and clear representation of the main geometric characteristics.

The model includes the railway bridge, the underpass, road pavement, and related engineering structures. Additionally, it incorporates lighting masts, noise barriers, retaining walls, and trackside elements such as signals and turnouts, resulting in a consistent digital representation of the entire section for further engineering use.

Deliverables consisted of the BIM model in RVT and IFC formats, suitable for analysis, planning, technical monitoring, and informed decision-making.
