Archizem's team developed a precise BIM model of 12 structural columns and their foundations supporting a station roof. The project focused exclusively on these load-bearing elements to support detailed engineering analysis and further design development.

The modeling was based on a carefully processed point cloud, which allowed the team to concentrate on the critical geometry of the specified components. Particular emphasis was placed on the accuracy of key surfaces: the front and rear faces of the columns were modeled with a maximum deviation of 2–3 mm, with wider tolerances applied to less critical areas.

The deliverable is a highly accurate BIM model of the columns and foundations, ready to serve as a reliable reference for structural design and decision-making.
