Archizem specialists developed a BIM model of a railway station to document its as-built condition for inventory purposes and to support future infrastructure development planning. This model offers an efficient baseline for technical assessment and the planning of potential modernization and operational improvements.
Derived from a photogrammetric point cloud, the model was developed to a geometric accuracy of approximately 5 cm, corresponding to LOD 100. This level of detail is optimized for asset inventory and provides a clear overview of the facility's layout and key components.
The model encompasses building façades, platforms with their fixtures, road surfaces, lighting poles, noise barriers, walls, retaining walls, as well as critical railway assets like signals and turnouts. The deliverable—a BIM model in RVT and IFC formats—provides a practical digital asset for supporting design decisions, planning reconstructions, and managing station infrastructure.
