At the end of December 2021, employees of the cartography department of the company “Archizem” completed work on the creation of a 1:2,000 scale digital topographic base of the city of Kodyma, Podilsky district, Odesa region, with a total area of 915 hectares.

The city of Kodyma, formerly the administrative center of the Kodyma district of the Odesa region. After the decentralization reform, 21 settlements were united as part of Kodyma City TG and the community became part of Podolsk district.

The topographic basis is compiled for the territory of the city, which is necessary for the Kodyma City Council to develop documentation of the master plan and zoning plan of the territory of the city of Kodyma, as well as other urban and land management documentation. Note that our architects have already begun work on the preparation of urban planning documentation.

During the preparation of the topobasis, specialists of the cartography and photogrammetry department performed work on collecting and analyzing the source data, conducted surveys of DGS (State Geodetic Network) points, aerial photography, geodetic survey and field decryption of the terrain. On the basis of the data obtained, the cameral processing of materials of field works was carried out and the final work on the preparation of the topographic plan was carried out.

On the topplan with the necessary accuracy and in accordance with regulatory documents, objects, structures, infrastructure, engineering networks, underground communications, GGS points and other objects are reflected on the site.

As a result, tablets of topobase scale 1:2000 in printed form, aerial photography materials with a resolution of 5 cm/pixel and a digital version of the topobase in the database of geodata, formats *.gdb and *.shp (ArcGIS), *..shp were transferred to the Kodyma City Council. dwg (AutoCAD), *.dmf (Digitals), with reference to the coordinate systems MSK-51 and USK-2000.

Note that the topobase was built in the geodata database of the ArcGIS geoinformation system and this digital format of the topobase allows you to form extracts (extract) of information from the geodata database and make changes to the geodata database. In addition, the digital format of the topobase allows it to be used for placement on the web portal of geospatial data of the community and the urban planning cadastre of the Odesa region.
