Completion of the development by the company “Archizem” of the land management project on the establishment of the boundaries of the territory of the Varaska urban territorial community of Rivne region and the inclusion of relevant information in the State Land Cadastre.
In March 2024, Arkhizem completed the work on establishing the boundary of the Varaska urban territorial community of Rivne region.
The project was developed in accordance with the following stages: 1. preparatory, 2. cameral, 3. conciliatory.
During the preparatory stage, our specialists collected the initial data, analyzed the available geodetic, land management and topographic works. The information of the State Land Cadastre and the State Register of Lands that were formed before 2013 were used, namely: information of the State Land Cadastre in paper and electronic form; data exchange files on the results of land management works; electronic index cadastral maps of administrative-territorial entities located within the boundaries of the Varaska urban territorial community.
Based on the results of the cameral stage, we determined the boundary of the community and developed documentation on land management, which included drawings of the boundaries of the territory of the territorial community, description of the boundaries of the territory of the territorial community and catalogs of coordinates of the points of rotation of the boundaries of the territory of the territorial community, an explanatory note.
The final stage of the work was the coordination stage. The project was agreed by 7 adjacent territorial communities: Zarichen settlement territorial community of Varaska district of Rivne region; Volodymyretsk settlement territorial community of Varaska district of Rivne region; Rafaliva village territorial community of Varaska district of Rivne region; Polytsia Rural Territorial Community of Varaska District of Rivne Oblast; Manevytsia Settlement Territorial Community of Kamin-Kashirsky District of Volyn Oblast (Region); Prylisne Rural Territorial Community of Kamin-Kashira District Volyn region; Lyubeshiv settlement territorial community of Kamin-Kashirsky district of Volyn region.
Thanks to personal meetings of the project manager and employees of the land management department of the company “Arhizem” with representatives of neighboring communities, the total approval period was one month. Taking into account the opinions and views of community representatives helped ensure broader support for the land management project.
After approval, on 28.02.2024, the project was approved by the Varaska City Territorial Community. On 15.03.2024 an application was submitted to the State Land Cadastre, on 18.03.2024 the corresponding Extract was received. 28.03.2024 All the results of the works were transferred to the customer.
Since the entry of information into the State Land Cadastre, the boundaries are considered officially established, which allows in the future to develop any urban planning and land documentation for the territorial community.
The establishment of boundaries contributes to the solution of economic planning, the placement of buildings, the agricultural use of land and helps in the management of land resources, ensuring their effective use and protection.
This, first of all, is aimed at organizing the socio-economic interests of the community and determining the powers of local self-government bodies in the disposal of lands, according to their functional zoning or target purpose. All this will contribute to the development of community areas and the use of their potential with the preservation of natural landscapes.
