✨ We gladly announce the completion of an important project! ✨ The Archizem group of companies has successfully completed the development of urban planning documentation for the city of Skvyra. This work creates the necessary prerequisites for the comprehensive development of the community, infrastructure renewal, increasing the level of landscaping, attracting investments, and the rational use of urban territories.
📌 The developed urban planning documentation provides for:
▪️ formation of a prospective system of functional-planning zoning;
▪️ determination of the main directions of territorial development of the city;
▪️ outlining of territories for future residential development and objects of public purpose;
▪️ elaboration of the concept of development of recreational and natural-landscape zones;
▪️ decisions on the protection of the natural environment and arrangement of sanitary-protection zones;
▪️ proposals regarding the modernization of transport and engineering infrastructure;
▪️ provision of measures for the engineering protection of territories.
The proposed solutions are aimed at ensuring balanced socio-economic development, forming a comfortable urban environment, and increasing the investment attractiveness of the community.
🤝 In the process of development, an important role was played by public discussions, as well as obtaining a positive conclusion of the State Expertise. The prepared documentation has been transferred to the customer for further approval.
