In March 2025, the Consortium "Union of Municipal Urban Planning" signed a contract with the Verkhivtseve City Council of the Kamianske district of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
💡Specialists of the "Archizem GEO" company ensured the development of a Land management project regarding the Establishment of Territorial Community Boundaries of the Verkhivtseve city territorial community. The project provided for the sequential implementation of several stages, including:
🔹collection and analysis of initial materials necessary for determining the boundaries of the community;
🔹preparation of project documentation in accordance with the requirements of current legislation;
🔹coordination and approval of the project in the order determined by legislation;
🔹registration of the community boundaries in the State Land Cadastre, which ensures their official consolidation.
During the implementation of the project, the team faced a number of practical challenges: clarifying the initial data, coordinating boundaries with adjacent communities, and resolving issues of overlapping land plots. Due to the experience of the specialists, the application of modern geoinformation technologies, and close interaction with local authorities, all tasks were completed efficiently and on time. The result of the work was a clear definition of the boundaries of the Verkhivtseve community, which creates new opportunities for the sustainable development of the territory, attracting investments, implementing landscaping programs, and effective management of land resources.
