On November 3, 2021, a public hearing was held in the Galitsinov community of the Nikolaev area, at which the master plan was considered together with the plan for zoning the territory of the village of Galitsinove.
The hearings were attended by local residents, entrepreneurs, deputies and representatives of local self-government bodies, as well as architects of the company “Archizem”. Leading architect Yulia Pichuga delivered a report on the design solutions of urban planning documentation and the promising directions of development of the settlement, as well as answered the questions of those present.
During the hearings, decisions of urban planning documentation were discussed, which provide for the development of the settlement in accordance with its resource potential and features of the economic complex. The issues of expanding the areas of prospective development were also discussed and it was proposed to allocate a site for the placement of a center for the provision of administrative services next to the village council building.
Galitsinove is located on the banks of the Buzka estuary, 20 km south of the city of Nikolaev and actually borders the regional center. The location on the banks of the estuary determines the advantages of the village in terms of water and territorial resources. Within the village is the Nikolaev alumina plant and Dnipro-Buzhsky sea trade port. The village is also known for its vineyards, orchards and fishing industry.
In general, the territory of the community is an agricultural region with established agricultural production, and the presence of a seaport contributes to the convenient logistics of agricultural products.
We hope that the urban planning documentation will have a positive impact on the development of the territory of the village and the Galitsynivka united territorial community as a whole.
