At the beginning of December 2021, the employees of our company carried out work on the collection and analysis of source materials, as well as compiled the project documentation on establishing the boundaries of the territory of the Kramatorsk territorial community of the Kramatorsk City Council of Donetsk region, with a total area of more than 40,000 hectares.
On November 27, 2021, the norm of the law (Law No. 1423-IX of 27.05.2021) entered into force, according to which the united territorial communities must take care of establishing the boundaries of their territories. It should be noted that up to this point, the establishment and registration of boundaries was carried out only for settlements, and the boundaries of the former village, settlement and city councils were formally defined in accordance with the Territories Formation Projects, which were drawn up in the period from 1991-94.
In fact, this project is the first land management documentation on the establishment of the boundaries of the territory of the community, developed by our company for Kramatorska AHG on the territory of the whole community. This work is carried out in order to determine the valid boundary of the community, the area of authority of the municipality and to enter information about the boundaries of the territory of the community into the State Land Cadastre.
During the preparatory stage, our specialists collected a large amount of archival documents on the boundaries of rural, settlement and city councils of both the Kramatorsk community and neighboring AHs. This helped to establish that the boundaries of the Kramatorsk AHG will be determined on the basis of the projects of the formation of the territory and the establishment of the boundaries of the village and settlement councils that are part of the Kramatorsk AHG (Kramatorsk, Yasnogorsk, Krasnodorsk, Bilenkivsk, Shabelkivsk and Dmitriv councils), as well as according to the projects of formation of the territory of adjacent village, village and city councils.
In the course of the work on the development of documentation, our specialists developed graphic materials depicting the boundary of the community, the calculated area of the territory, prepared catalogs of coordinates of turning points and a description of the boundary of the AHs.
At the current stage, the project has been transferred to Andreyevsky, Alexandrovsky and Cherkasy municipalities to decide on the coordination of common sections of the border. Materials for discussion of common sections of the border were also transmitted to the Konstantinovskaya, Druzhkivska, Slavyansk and Mykolaiv communities. When the boundary of the community territory is agreed with all adjacent municipalities, the documentation will be approved by the Customer. After that, data on the border of the territory of Kramatorsk AHG will be entered into the State Land Cadastre and from that moment the border can be considered officially valid.
