📅On April 7, 2026, public discussions were held regarding the project of the Comprehensive Plan for the Spatial Development of the Territory of the Pivdennivska territorial community. The event brought together residents, representatives of local authorities, and specialists of the Archizem company 🤝
🏙️Taking into account the specifics of the territory — the coastal location and the presence of a powerful port complex — the project proposed the expansion of the boundaries of the city of Pivdenne, which opens up opportunities for the formation of new residential microdistricts
🏞A separate emphasis is made on the development of economic and tourism potential, it is proposed:
• creation of recreational zones along the coast of the Black Sea and the Tylihoiskyi Liman;
• expansion of port industrial territories;
• development of community infrastructure.
🚛To reduce the traffic load, the construction of a bypass road from the port to the M28 highway is provided, as well as the construction of modern sewage treatment facilities.
🏡Within the development of rural territories, it is provided:
• expansion of the boundaries of the village of Sychavka — for the construction of educational and recreational infrastructure;
• increasing the area of the village of Koshary to 1100 ha with the prospect of transformation of garden associations into residential buildings.
