📅 On April 3, 2026, public hearings were held regarding the project of the Comprehensive Plan for the Spatial Development of the Territory of the Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi urban territorial community and the report on strategic environmental assessment.
📈The document defines strategic guidelines for the future of the community and forms the basis for attracting investments. Conceptual solutions of the project are based on the advantageous geographical location of the community — on the Ros River and at the intersection of key transport routes.
🏭The project provides for the creation of industrial parks near the villages of Moryntsi, Sytnyky, and Nekhvoroshch, which will contribute to the development of the agro-processing industry. At the same time, the formation of logistics centers along highways of state importance N-01 and T-24-03 is planned.
🚦Special attention is paid to the development of transport infrastructure. The project provides for the construction of a road tunnel and an overpass across the railway, reconstruction of about 23 km of the N-01 highway, as well as repair of the local road network.
🌿An important direction is the development of tourism potential and improvement of the environmental condition of the territory. The project plans the creation of modern recreational zones along the Ros River, as well as the development of rehabilitation tourism with the creation of corresponding centers for military personnel and civilians. To increase the quality of water resources, the reconstruction of the "Syvach" water treatment plant and city sewage treatment facilities is provided.
🔧A separate emphasis is made on the development of engineering infrastructure of rural areas. It provides for the drilling of new wells, installation of water purification stations, and expanding access to modern communal services.
