On November 23, 2023, a meeting was held in Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration with the participation of representatives of the company “Arhizem”, devoted to the discussion of issues related to the development of programs for the comprehensive restoration of territorial communities and urban planning documentation at the local level.
The Integrated Recovery Program, being a regional or local initiative, defines the strategic priorities of recovery policy for spatial, urban and socio-economic development. It covers a variety of measures aimed at restoring territories affected by armed aggression, namely the Russian Federation, either as a result of socio-economic, infrastructural, environmental or other crisis situations, and with the participation of stakeholders, including government bodies, NGOs and businesses, achieves successful implementation.
During the meeting, the head of the Department of Regional Development, Urban Planning and Architecture Viktoriia Kulikova and representatives of the Znamyan and Pomichnyansk communities spoke. They presented the results of their work where they drew attention to the key aspects of the development of a comprehensive recovery program for the Kirovograd region and the relevant territorial communities. The spokespersons of the company “Archizem” delivered a thorough report, highlighting the purpose of creating this type of documentation, the advantages of this approach and sharing valuable experience in the development.
The meeting also discussed the issue of developing comprehensive spatial development plans for the territories of territorial communities. It is a new type of planning documentation that includes urban planning and land documentation at the local level, which contributes to the comprehensive and harmonious development of territories, the implementation of sustainable planning and ensuring the effective management of local resources.
