The Archizem group of companies is pleased to announce the successful completion of two important projects for the preparation of urban planning documentation for the cities of Kodyma and Bila Tserkva. These projects are key steps towards the further development of infrastructure and public spaces, attracting investment and ensuring the efficient use of land in both cities.

For the city of Kodyma in Podilsk District, Odesa Region, we have prepared the general plan and the zoning plan of the territory. The key aspects include:

  • defining a forward-looking functional and spatial zoning concept;
  • іdentifying new areas for residential development and public service facilities;
  • developing a concept for the growth of recreational and landscape areas;
  • taking into account improvements to transport and utility infrastructure.

These solutions create favourable conditions for the city’s economic growth, for improving the quality of life of residents and for the sustainable development of the community. An important stage in the project was the process of public discussions and obtaining a positive conclusion of the State Expert Review. The approval of the project at a session of the city council in November 2024 marked the culmination of this joint effort.

For the city of Bila Tserkva in Kyiv Region, we completed amendments to the General Plan of the city and updated the zoning plan of the territory. The key aspects include:

  • improving the planning of urban development;
  • creating favourable conditions for attracting investment;
  • ensuring sustainable development and the protection of natural and cultural resources;
  • enhancing the transport infrastructure and municipal services.

These planning decisions are expected to serve as a solid basis for the strategic development of Bila Tserkva and to support the city’s sustainable growth. In December 2024, we obtained a positive conclusion of the State Expert Review, and the urban planning documentation was delivered to the client for subsequent approval.

We are grateful to all colleagues and partners, as well as to the members of urban planning councils, expert organisations and representatives of the public – everyone who contributed to the development and discussion processes. We sincerely hope that the updated urban planning documentation will become a reliable foundation for the further development of the cities, for improving infrastructure and for the prosperity of the territorial communities and their residents.

We congratulate the territorial communities of Kodyma and Bila Tserkva on these important achievements and wish them every success in implementing their plans!
