A contract was signed between the consortium “Land Management Union” and the USAID Project “HOVERLA” for the development of a comprehensive plan for the spatial development of the Shack community.
At the end of August 2024, the consortium “Land Management Union”, which is part of the Archizem group of companies, signed a subcontract with the USAID Project “Improving the Efficiency and Accountability of Local Self-Government Bodies” (“HOVERLA”) for the provision of a complex of services for the Shatsk settlement territorial community, Kovel district, Volyn region.
This subcontract provides for:
- production of a cartographic basis of scale 1:10 000 for the territory of the community and scale 1:2000 for its settlements;
- establishment of the boundaries of the Shatsk territorial community;
- development of a comprehensive plan for the spatial development of the community.
In fact, this contract is the first contract in Ukraine to develop a comprehensive plan within the framework of the USAID Project “GOVERLA”.
As of today, the consortium “Land Management Union” has completed the first stage of subcontract execution. Work continues to develop the cartographic basis of the community and establish community boundaries.
The Land Management Union Consortium recognizes the key role of a comprehensive spatial development plan for the further advancement of the community and its territories. We strive to ensure that all stages of the project are carried out at the highest professional level, adhering to the approved deadlines and quality standards. Particular attention is paid to details that will contribute to the sustainable development of the community. We are confident that the outcome of our work will provide a solid foundation for further successful community resource planning and management.
