Participation in public hearings on the general plans of the settlements of Pishchanska AH

On May 10, 2024, public hearings were held in the Pischanskaya Unified Territorial Community of Kremenchuk district of Poltava region, the subject of which the architects of the Archizem group of companies developed master plans and zoning plans for the territory of settlements of the community.

Public hearings are an important component of interaction between local authorities and the community in the process of decision-making related to the development of territories, as well as an integral part of the process of developing urban planning documentation at the local level, in accordance with current legislation.

Forms are open events during which residents of the community have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the urban planning documentation, analyze it, ask questions to the developer and local authorities, express their thoughts, ideas and wishes regarding urban planning documentation or a separate project solution, etc.

The company “Arkhizem” has developed 11 master plans for Pischanska AHG, namely the master plans of the villages Voskobiyniki, Samusiivka, Goryslavtsi, Milovydivka, Olefirivka, Korzhivka, Maksymivka, Nedoharky, Panivka, Pashchenivka, Rokytne-Donivka. The hearings were attended by residents of community villages, deputies, business representatives and local authorities. During the reports, Yulia Pichuga, head of the Odesa architectural department of the company “Archizem”, spoke about the design decisions envisaged by the master plans, as well as about the prospects for the development of settlements. The participants discussed issues of further development of settlements, in particular, clarified issues regarding local housing construction and placement of service facilities, considered prospects for development of recreational areas, as well as issues of development of transport and engineering infrastructure. The participants of the hearings actively expressed their recommendations and proposals on the further development of the territories.

Within one month from the date of public hearings, the developer makes appropriate adjustments to the draft urban planning documentation. After making adjustments, the materials are considered at a meeting of the Town Planning Council at the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the Poltava Regional State Administration. After the approval of the draft master plans by the Town Planning Council, the materials will be transferred for approval to Pischansk AHG.
