🏛️ Experts of Archizem presented a Detailed Plan of the Territory (DTP) for the placement of solar energy facilities on the territory of the Uspenivka village council of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district of Odesa region at the meeting of the architectural and urban planning council.

🌱 The project provides for the construction of a solar power plant on a land plot with an area of 2.76 hectares outside the village of Kryva Balka. The territory, which was previously used for agricultural purposes, is now considered a promising site for the development of renewable energy.

🔹 The capacity of the future solar power plant will be 2.015 MW.

☀️ It is planned to install 4,634 modern bifacial photovoltaic modules capable of effectively using both direct and reflected solar radiation.

⚡ The expected annual electricity generation is about 2.6 million kWh.

🛡️ Special attention was paid to engineering infrastructure and facility safety during the development of the documentation. The project provides for the construction of an access road, the arrangement of fire-fighting water storage tanks, and the provision of stable communication on the territory of the station.

📈 The implementation of the project will contribute to strengthening the energy resilience of the region, increasing revenues to the local budget, and creating new opportunities for community development. At the same time, the solar power plant will operate without harmful emissions and negative impact on the environment.

🤝 We thank the Uspenivka village council, members of the architectural and urban planning council, and all participants of the process for constructive cooperation.

🌍 Together we are creating modern solutions for the sustainable development of Ukrainian communities!
