A working meeting was held in the Kobleve rural territorial community with the participation of representatives of the local self-government body and the team of architects responsible for the project. The meeting was dedicated to discussing the interim design solutions for the comprehensive spatial development plan (CSDP) for the territory of the community.

During the meeting, the main provisions of the draft were presented, including the planning structure of the territory, functional zoning, and proposals for the development of residential, public, recreational and industrial areas, as well as transport and engineering infrastructure. Representatives of the client had the opportunity to familiarise themselves directly with the overall concept of the document, ask clarifying questions, put forward proposals and provide comments for further refinement.

💡 The comprehensive spatial development plan (CSDP) is a fundamental document that defines the strategic guidelines and principles for forming spatial policy.

The CSDP serves as a mandatory basis for updating urban planning documentation and maintaining the cadastre, ensuring transparent procedures and legal certainty for the implementation of future projects.

🤝 Such working meetings ensure effective feedback between the client and the developer, take into account local specifics and the real needs of the community. The discussion became an important step towards a high-quality and effective plan that will underpin well-balanced management decisions in the areas of land use, development, infrastructure and the protection of the natural environment.

We are pleased to cooperate with the Kobleve rural territorial community!
