On October 27, 2021, a public hearing was held in Mayakovsky community on the draft urban planning documentation of Udobne village of Mayakovsky rural united territorial community of Odesa district of Odesa region.
As part of the project of urban planning documentation “General plan combined with a detailed plan of the territory of the village Udobne, Belgorod-Dnestrovsky district of the Odesa region”, the following were developed:
- General plan of Udobne village,
- Zoning plan of the territory (zoning) of the village of Udobne,
- Detailed plan of the territory of the site “Eastern”,
- Detailed plan of the territory of the site “South”.
Vi,, a. The main architect of the projects, Tatiana Cherney, took part in the hearings and delivered a presentation from the company “Archizem”. Tatiana spoke about the main design solutions of urban planning documentation and the promising directions of development of the settlement.

Promotions received in the course of the discussions will be considered and, if possible, taken into account in the urban planning documentation.
Previously, Udobne village was the center of Udobne village council of Belgorod-Dnestrovsky district. Since 2017, Makovsky, Udobnenska a Nadlimansk village councils have merged into a territorial community with an administrative center in the village of Mayaki.
Mayakovskaya AHG is located at the mouth of the Dniester River, within the northern part of the Dniester estuary and directly borders with the Nizhnednistrovsky National Natural Park, which includes the protected tract “Dniester Plavni”.
Udobnensky Starostinsky district coincides with the state border of Ukraine and the state of Moldova, and from the south and west it borders on the territory of Starokozatskaya rural AHG Belgorod-Dnestrovsky district of Odesa region. Near the village there is a customs checkpoint of the same name and the Moldovan border village of Palanka.
Earlier, our company prepared a topographic plan of scale 1:2000 of the Udobne village area, thanks to which the project of urban planning documentation was developed on the basis of current cartographic data.
