An architectural and urban planning council was held at the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, at which the master plans of six villages were considered: Bulatselove, Ostapivka, Novohryhorivka, Novomykhailivka, Vinogradnyi Yar and Zelena Polyana of Blagodatnen united territorial community of Pervomaysky district of Mykolaiv Okrug.
The urban planning documentation was developed by the Odesa architectural department of the company “Arhizem”. According to the results of the consideration, the town planning documentation was adopted without comments and approved for transfer for approval to local self-government bodies.
Thus, the master plans of 11 settlements, which our company developed for the Blagodatnenska AHG, passed the town planning council.
The villages Bulatselove and Ostapovka are located near the administrative center of the community, the village Blagodatne. Through the territory of these villages flows the Bolshaya Karabelnaya River, a left tributary of the Southern Bug. Near Ostapovka is the National Natural Park “Buzkiy Gard”. The village of Novohryhorivka is located 21 km northeast of Blagodatne, near the M-13 “Poltavka” Kropyvnytskyi — Platonovo road. The villages of Novomykhailivka, Vinogradnyi Yar and Zelena Polyana are part of the Sadivsky Starostynsky District and are located 9 km southeast of Blagodatny.
These villages are mostly small and do not have the necessary social infrastructure. Therefore, the solutions of urban planning documentation are aimed at the comprehensive development of settlements, taking into account the need to increase the area of residential development and the development of social infrastructure. The master plans also provide for the development of engineering support, increasing the areas of landscaping and improving the sanitary condition of the territories of villages.
