The company “Arhizem” has completed the design of the territory of the landscape reserve of local importance “Forest Lakes”, which is located in the town of Gorishni Plavni, Kremenchuk district, Poltava region, with a total area of 714.7 hectares.
Territories of natural complexes are increasingly suffering from the effects of urbanization and intensive development of production. Therefore, the organization and establishment of the boundaries of the nature reserve fund (PZF) territories is essential for the protection and preservation of the natural diversity of landscapes and the protection of the environment. In particular, the Forest Lakes Landscape Reserve was established to protect and preserve the typical landscape of the floodplain forest and reservoirs of the Psel River.
The complex of works on the design of the territory of the reserve consisted in the development of a land management project on the organization and establishment of boundaries of the territory of the nature reserve, restrictions on the use and their regime objects, coordination of documentation with the executive authorities and the land user of the plots that are included in the territory of the PZF (DP “Krechumenchumend” Forestry”), as well as registration in the State Land Cadastre of the boundaries of the territory and zones of protection of the reserve.
In the process of preparation of project documentation, collection and analysis of source materials were carried out, topographic and geodetic surveys were carried out, plan and cartographic materials were developed, as well as materials for drawing the boundaries of the territory of the reserve to the terrain, in accordance with which the boundaries of the reserve will be established on the terrain and fixed with boundary signs in December of this year.
Note that on July 6, 2021, the land management project was approved at the session of the Gorishneoplavne City Council and on October 12, information about the boundaries of the territory and protection zone of the landscape reserve “Forest Lakes” was entered into the State Land Cadastre.
The information, now displayed in official state maps and registers, will help to avoid violations of the regime of protection of the landscape reserve “Forest Lakes”.
