As of the end of November 2021, the employees of our company carried out work on the collection and analysis of source materials, as well as compiled project documentation on the normative monetary valuation of land plots within the Kramatorsk territorial community of Donetsk region, with a total area of more than 40,000 hectares. At the preparatory stage, our specialists collected archival land management and town planning documentation on settlements, village and settlement councils that are part of the Kramatorsk community, including: projects for establishing boundaries of settlements, projects of formation of territories and establishment of boundaries of rural and settlement boundaries data, data of state statistical reporting, topographic basis of the community territory, urban planning documentation (territory planning schemes, master plans, zoning plans and detailed plans of territories), as well as materials of previous Normative monetary assessments.
To obtain information on the assessment areas formed along the diversion lanes of main infrastructure facilities (railways, power lines, gas and oil pipelines), our specialists sent requests to the relevant land users and managers of these infrastructure facilities.
After the approval of the documentation by the Customer, the data of the normative monetary valuation of the land plots of the Kramatorsk territorial community will be entered into the State Land Cadastre and will enter into legal force.
Separately, we emphasize that the technical documentation was compiled in accordance with the new unified methodology of normative monetary valuation approved by the Cabinet of Ministers on November 3, 2021. In fact, the documentation developed by us is the first land management documentation developed according to the new methodology on the territory of the entire community.
As a result of the decentralization reform, 1 city, 4 village and 1 village councils were united as part of Kramatorska AHG. The population of the community is 183,946 people. The administrative center, the city of Kramatorsk, is also the administrative center of Donetsk Oblast since October 11, 2014. The city is located on the river Kazenyi Torets (tributary of the Siversky Donets). Favorable economic and geographical position, proximity to the Donbass coal basin, convenient rail connection with the central and southern regions of the country contribute to the development of the community as a whole.
