On November 22, 2024, at a meeting of the Town Planning Council at the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, three important projects developed by a team of specialists in urban planning and land management of the company “Arhizem” were considered. They are detailed plans, the planning solutions of which are aimed at the development of infrastructure and industry in Koblivska AHG:
- industrial cluster near the village of Fedorivka - the project aims to create an industrial zone that will provide new jobs, attract investment and stimulate the development of local production.
- landfill near the village of Lugovoe - the project provides for the implementation of modern environmental solutions for waste management, which will improve the environmental situation and solve the problem of garbage disposal in the community.
- logistics and production center near the village of Fedorivka - the goal of the project is to create a modern infrastructure for storage and transportation of products, which will improve logistics processes and support local enterprises.
Implementation of design solutions on the developed projects opens up new opportunities for economic growth of the region, will contribute to the development of local production, improve the environmental situation, create new logistics routes and support local enterprises. It will also be an impetus to attract investment and improve infrastructure.
