On December 5, 2024, at a meeting of the Town Planning Council under the Department of Construction, Urban Planning and Architecture of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, 11 general plans of settlements of the Pishchanska village council of Kremenchuk district of Poltava region were considered.
The materials of the master plan were previously worked out by representatives of state authorities, which, in accordance with the law, have the authority to consider the draft urban planning documentation. The Department of Ecology and Natural Resources of Poltava Regional Military Administration provided comments and proposals to the draft state planning document and the report on strategic environmental assessment.
The urban planning documentation was developed by a team of architects, engineers, economists, environmentalists and other specialized specialists of the Archizem group of companies in accordance with current standards and norms. It should be noted the close cooperation of the team with representatives of the community and the elders, in order to achieve optimal solutions to improve the investment opportunities of the community in the future.
Key areas of the projects:
- Expansion of the boundaries of settlements for the development of residential and economic zones;
- Construction of new residential quarters, modernization of infrastructure;
- Reconstruction of roads and creation of centralized water supply and sewerage systems;
- Social infrastructure: new kindergartens, medical institutions, leisure centers;
- Environmental component: landscaping, reclamation of landfills, introduction of modern waste management systems.
The implementation of the master plans will contribute to economic growth, improve the quality of life and increase the investment attractiveness of the territories of the Pishchanska community.
The members of the Town Planning Council supported the projects developed by the Archives, recommended urban planning documentation for consideration and approval in the prescribed manner, and emphasized the importance of further cooperation of community residents with local self-government to achieve the goals set.
