A step towards strategic development: working meeting in the Verkhivtseve territorial community

A working meeting was held in the Verkhivtseve territorial community with representatives of the local self-government body and the team of architects, during which the interim results of the preparation of the Comprehensive Spatial Development Plan (CSDP) for the community’s territory were discussed.

The experts presented their work, which covers:

• the overall concept of the planning structure of the territory;
• functional zoning of the territory;
• proposals for the development of residential quarters, public spaces, recreational areas and production sites;
• improvements to the transport network and engineering utilities.

Participants in the meeting had the opportunity to study in detail the approaches used to prepare the document, ask questions, and provide comments and proposals for further refinement.
