A working meeting was held in the Korsun-Shevchenkivska city territorial community, dedicated to the coordination of design solutions in the process of developing the Comprehensive Plan for the Spatial Development of the community and the General Plan of the city of Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi.
❗️These documents have strategic importance for the community, because Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi is a historical center with a developed recreational function, tourist potential and a unique natural landscape along the Ros river. At the same time, the community needs modernization of transport and engineering infrastructure, arrangement of residential development and creation of conditions for business development. The CSDP will allow to comprehensively determine the priorities of the use of territories, ensure a balance between economic growth and preservation of the natural environment, and
the General Plan of the city will become the basis for the arrangement of development, the development of public spaces and the formation of modern infrastructure. During the meeting, architects presented conceptual solutions covering the planning structure, functional zoning and prospects for the development of residential, public and recreational zones. Separately, issues of transport accessibility, engineering networks and integration of nature conservation territories into the general spatial structure were discussed.
🤝Working meetings of this format ensure an effective dialogue between the customer and the developer, take into account local features and the real needs of the community. This is an important step towards the creation of balanced and modern spatial development, which will become the foundation for long-term management decisions in the field of land use, development and infrastructure development.
