The TGA Alliance Consortium has successfully completed a land management project regarding the establishment of the boundaries of the territory of the Oknyanska settlement territorial community in Podilsk District, Odesa Region. The work was carried out in accordance with the terms of the contract concluded in December 2024.
The land management project consisted of six key stages:
- collecting and analysing initial materials for the preparation of the land management project regarding the establishment of the boundaries of the territory of the Oknyanska settlement territorial community, as well as defining a preliminary boundary of the community’s territory;
- carrying out field surveys in order to determine the actual boundaries of the territory of the Oknyanska settlement territorial community;
- preparing the land management project regarding the establishment of the boundaries of the community’s territory;
- legal support and securing approvals of the prepared land management project from adjacent territorial communities;
- preparing an electronic document for entering information into the State Land Cadastre;
- creating geospatial data on the boundary of the community’s territory with the possibility of importing them into a geographic information system, consolidating the results and handing them over to the Client.
🏁 As a result of this meticulous work, clear boundaries of the Oknyanska settlement territorial community have been established, which will help ensure effective territorial management, attract investment and safeguard the land rights of community residents.
