Three stages of work have been completed.
On October 25, 2021, the specialists of the architectural department of the company “Archizem” transferred to the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the Belotserkivsk City Council the materials of the urban planning documentation in accordance with the terms of the contract and the stages of development. The company has completed 3 stages of work on the development of urban planning documentation “Amendments to the general plan and zoning plan of the city of Bila Tserkva”, the scope of which provides:
- collection and analysis of source data;
- formation of the analytical part of the draft master plan (generated materials on the characteristics of the geographical location of the settlement and natural conditions, carried out engineering and construction assessment of the territory, analysis of the demographic situation, analysis of the existing state of the settlement, including transport infrastructure, engineering equipment of the territory, etc.);
- determination of problems and advantages of urban development of the settlement;
- demographic forecast;
- report on strategic environmental assessment (documentation development started).
The work done is the basis for making balanced, topical, comprehensive decisions on determining the prospects in the development of the settlement.
Currently, our specialists continue to work on updating the urban planning documentation so that the city community is able to properly organize the territory, as well as to plan a long-term strategy for the use and development of the Bila Tserkva city territory with maximum efficiency.
