On December 29, 2021 and February 7, 2022, the boundaries of the villages were registered in the State Land Cadastre: Novoborysivka, Pershotravneve, Martovoe, Zamozhne, Polishpakove and Kazakove of Novoborisov rural territorial community of Rozdilnyansky district of Odesa region.
Works within the framework of establishing the boundaries of the villages of Novoborysivska AHG were carried out by the company “Arkhizem” according to the master plans, which were previously developed by the architectural department of our company and approved by the Novoborisov Village Council in the period from 2020 to 2021. Thus, the areas of the villages' territories were increased in accordance with the approved urban planning documentation.
During the preparatory stage, our specialists collected and analyzed the initial data, carried out topographic and geodetic surveys.
In the course of the work on the development of documentation, our specialists developed graphic materials of existing and design boundaries, calculated areas, prepared catalogs of coordinates of turning points of boundaries for drawing on the terrain and description of the boundaries of villages, and the composition of land within settlements was determined.
It should be noted that during 2021, land management projects were agreed by the Novoborisov Village Council, the Razdelnyansk District State Administration and approved at the session of the Razdelnyansk District Council. After that, information about the boundaries of the territories of the villages was entered into the State Land Cadastre.
From the moment of submission of information to the Cadastre, the boundaries can be considered officially valid, which will allow in the future to develop any town planning and land management documentation for the villages of Novoborisovka, Pershotravneve, Martovoe, Zamoznoe, Polishpakovo and Kazakove of Novoborysivska AH.
The establishment of boundaries is necessary for the delimitation of lands that are part of the territories of the settlement and which are located outside the settlements. This will help in organizing the socio-economic interests of the community and determining the scope of powers of local governments when disposing of certain lands in accordance with their functional zoning or intended purpose. Which, in turn, will contribute to the development of community areas and the use of their potential with the preservation of natural landscapes.
