The Archizem team has developed the Concept of integrated development of the territory of the Blahodatnenska rural territorial community 🏡
This document is being developed in accordance with Article 5-2 of the Law of Ukraine "On Regulation of Urban Planning Activity" and is a strategic basis for the future of the community, it defines a comprehensive vision of spatial, socio-economic and infrastructural development for the long-term perspective. For 4 months the team worked to lay high-quality and modern approaches to the development of the territory.
As a result of Archizem's work key guidelines were formed, in particular:
▪️ determined priority directions for the development of the community, which will have a real impact on its future;
▪️ laid approaches to improving the quality of life of residents, through the development of mobility, inclusivity and balanced spatial planning;
▪️ provided steps for improving the ecological situation: effective resource management, preservation of natural territories and increasing resilience to climate change.
What does this mean for the Blahodatnenska community?
The concept forms a clear vector of systemic development, taking into account the needs of residents and understanding future challenges.📈
