The Archizem group of companies commissioned by JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" successfully carried out architectural supervision 👷♂️📐 during the construction of the object "Capital repair of the odd track of the stretch, Odesa region" 🚆🛤️
The works were performed according to the concluded Contract with JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" represented by the regional branch "Odesa Railway" 🤝 Within the framework of architectural supervision the following was carried out:
🔹 Visiting the object during the entire construction period until the completion of works and putting the object into operation to control compliance with design solutions and requirements of state standards.
🔹 Checking the compliance of construction works execution and detecting deviations from design solutions, in particular regarding the use of building structures, materials, products, details and equipment.
🔹 Maintaining the architectural supervision journal 📝 and entering the results of checks into it.
🔹 Taking measures to ensure the normative level of basic safety requirements 🛡️ according to the Law of Ukraine "On standards, technical regulations and conformity assessment procedures".
🔹 Participation in checks conducted by state supervision and architectural and construction control bodies 🏗️.
🔹 Participation in the work of commissions for the acceptance of the Object (stage, launch complex) into operation ✅.
