Services under this project have been provided since July 2024 on the basis of a contract concluded with the community, and most of the key stages have already been completed:
🔹 collection and analysis of all available initial data
🔹 aerial photography of the territory of the community followed by processing of the materials
🔹 preparation of technical documentation on land inventory for the lands of the Derevyanske and Krasnenske Pershe starosta districts and the territory of the former Dolynyanska village council
🔹 preparation of technical documentation on land inventory for the lands of the Neshcheriv starosta district and the territories of the former Hermaniivka, Perehonivka, Deremezna, Kopachiv, Pershotravneve, Krasna Slobidka, Hryhorivka, Mala Vilshanka and Semenivka village councils.
The team is currently working on the final stage – entering the data into the State Land Cadastre. At this stage, the company’s specialists, together with the staff of the Obukhiv City Council, are analysing the work performed and identifying the communal property lands that are subject to state registration as land plots.
💡 This project is an important step towards transparent accounting of land resources, their efficient management, the prevention of unauthorised occupation of land and the opening of new opportunities for investment.
