On September 19, 2024, a public hearing was held in Koblivka Unified Territorial Community on the discussion of three detailed plans of territories (DPT). The event was held with the participation of specialists of the company “Archizem”, who provided for discussion the following projects:
- Detailed plan for the location of industrial facilities near the village of Fedorivka.
- Detailed plan for a landfill near the village of Lugovoe.
- Detailed plan for the logistics and production center near the village of Fedorivka.
These projects are key to the economic development of Koblivska AH. Public hearings have become a platform for open dialogue between authorities, experts and residents. Everyone had the opportunity to read the documentation, ask questions and express their opinions.
Specialists of “Archizem” presented in detail the technical aspects, as well as discussed the environmental and social consequences, the impact on local infrastructure and population.
According to the results of the hearings, all proposals will be developed by the developers and made to the appropriate adjustments to the projects. After that, the documents will be considered at a meeting of the city planning council for further approval.
