On October 28, 2021, an architectural and urban planning council was held at the Nikolaev Regional State Administration in the format of an online conference, at which the master plans of five settlements were considered: Blagodatne, Semenivka, Riabokoneve, Voevodske and Sadove Blagodatne united territorial community of Pervomaisk Blagodatnensky District of Mykolaiv Oblast (Region) United Territorial Community
The urban planning documentation was developed by the leading architects of the Odesa architectural department — Oleh Pichuha, Yulia Tkachenko, Ekaterina Kucherenko and Ulyana Medinska. Council members adopted the master plans without comment and approved the transfer of documentation to local governments.
The prepared master plans are the first of 11 master plans developed by the “Archizem Ukraine” consortium for the Blagodatnenska AHG. Earlier, public hearings were held in Blagodatnenskaya AHG, at which the master plans of all 11 settlements were considered.
The village Blagodatne is the administrative center of the community and is located 23 km southeast of the district center of the city of Pervomaisk, and 142 km northwest of Nikolaev. The village of Semenivka is located 12 km from Blagodatne and is located in a picturesque place — on the slope of the river Pivdennyi Bug. Through the territory of the villages Blagodatne, Voevodske and Ryabokonevo flows the Bolshaya Karabelnaya River, a left tributary of the Southern Bug. Near the villages of Semenovka and Blagodatne is the National Natural Park “Buzkiy Gard”. The road of regional significance R-06 “Ulyanovka — Nikolaev” passes through the village of Blagodatne, and near the villages of Voevodske and Ryabokonevo the road M-13 “Poltavka” Kropyvnytskyi — Platonovo passes.
The solutions of urban planning documentation are aimed at the comprehensive development of the territories of settlements of the community, taking into account the needs of neighboring settlements. The master plans provide for the development of social infrastructure, engineering and residential areas.
In Blagodatny, it is proposed to create a boarding house for the elderly and a crisis center. In the village of Semenovka, it was proposed to focus on the development of tourist infrastructure, given the location near the river Pivdennyi Bug and the recreational area. In the village of Voevodske, where one of the largest dairy farms in the country is located, the solutions of the master plan are aimed at the development of production areas in the east of the village.
