Archizem specialists prepared land management documentation for a land inventory covering part of the city of Bila Tserkva (approximately 500 hectares). The work aimed to establish land plot boundaries and define their legal status, identify inefficiently used or unregistered lands, detect potential issues in the State Land Cadastre, and provide a complete, up-to-date dataset to support informed management decisions.

The inventory relied on:

  • materials from the State Fund of Land Management Documentation;
  • electronic data from the State Land Cadastre;
  • duly approved urban planning documentation;
  • information from the State Register of Real Rights to Immovable Property;
  • copies of documents confirming real rights to land plots or evidence of land tax payments.

As part of the project, working and consolidated inventory plans, plot lists, and other deliverables were compiled in line with Article 57 of the Law of Ukraine “On Land Management”. As a result, over 600 land plots were formed and registered in the State Land Cadastre, and the Bila Tserkva City Council received the relevant cadastral extracts.
