Archizem developed a land management project to establish (amend) the boundaries of Artyrivka Village, Oknyanska Settlement Council, Podilsk Raion, Odesa Oblast. The project’s objective was to clearly delineate the settlement’s lands from surrounding areas, support local development, and ensure rational land use while preserving natural landscapes and cultural heritage assets.
In preparing the project, the Archizem team considered the existing boundaries, land ownership and land use patterns, as well as the village’s general plan. The documentation package includes an explanatory note, the terms of reference, plans of the existing and proposed boundaries, a land area table, a boundary description, a catalogue of coordinates for turning points, and appendices.
The documentation was prepared in compliance with applicable legislation. The project was approved, and the updated boundary information for Artyrivka Village was entered into the State Land Cadastre, providing official registration and legal certainty for further management and development of the territory.
