As part of a comprehensive railway asset inventory project, the Archizem Group developed a detailed as-built BIM model of a railway station. The model provides an exact digital representation of the existing infrastructure, serving as a precise foundation for design, technical analysis, and reconstruction planning.

The model was created from a photogrammetric point cloud, achieving a geometric accuracy of 1–2 cm and corresponding to LOD 200. It encompasses station building façades, platforms with all elements, road surfaces and adjacent areas, masts, lighting poles, noise barriers, walls, retaining walls, and key railway components such as signals and turnouts.

This detailed approach ensured a comprehensive and accurate capture of the station's current state. The deliverable included a high-accuracy BIM model in RVT and IFC formats, ready for integration into the client's engineering and asset management workflows.
