Archizem specialists delivered a comprehensive 3D city model covering all buildings and roads within a defined area.

A point cloud provided by the client served as the primary data source. A key project requirement was the accurate reconstruction of roof geometry, reflecting real-world shapes and the precise on-site positions of buildings. Part of the modeling work was performed in a BIM environment. The resulting building models were then integrated into a GIS environment to enable advanced spatial analysis, visualization, and further data workflows.

As a result, the client received a highly detailed and accurate 3D city model that supports:

  • spatial analysis and visualization of the urban environment;
  • infrastructure planning and scenario development;
  • assessment of existing development conditions;
  • integration with other geoinformation systems.

The model is ready for use in both decision-making processes and presentations.
