In this project, Archizem commenced the development of a Comprehensive Plan for the Spatial Development of the Territory of the Territorial Community by executing its crucial initial phase: a comprehensive assessment of the current conditions across all settlements within the community. This foundational analysis provides an objective basis for all subsequent planning decisions and helps identify clear development priorities.
The study covered natural and geographical conditions, existing settlement patterns, the state of engineering and transport infrastructure, the structure of the local economy, environmental constraints, and cultural heritage assets. This integrated approach ensures a holistic understanding of the territory and mitigates risks in the subsequent stages of urban planning. The assessed community, located in central Cherkasy Oblast, benefits from favorable natural characteristics, including the Ros River valley, fertile chernozem soils, and significant forested tracts. Its economic base combines industrial activity, agriculture, and services, supporting a multifunctional development profile.
