The Archizem team prepared the general plan (urban master plan) for a village in Odesa Oblast—local-level urban planning documentation that sets the framework for spatial development, land use and building patterns, as well as the upgrade of engineering and transport infrastructure. The document serves as a practical basis for planning decisions and the sustainable development of the settlement.
As part of the work, the team delivered a comprehensive territory assessment, including natural conditions and engineering constraints, demographic trends and social facilities, and an analysis of the existing housing stock and local economy. Based on these inputs, the team developed planning solutions for residential and public development, transport network improvements and utility provision, alongside measures for land protection and public realm enhancement.
The general plan was prepared in compliance with applicable legislation and focuses on improving living standards while preserving the natural environment and cultural heritage.
