Archizem specialists prepared a complete set of 2D CAD drawings (elevations and sections) for a school building in Germany, based on a laser scanning point cloud. The project aimed to accurately document the asset and create a reliable baseline for future refurbishment and modernization projects.

Laser scanning enabled the precise reproduction of the building's architecture. The drawings include detailed exterior elevations and a series of cross-sections revealing the internal structure, such as load-bearing walls, stairwells, and floor slabs.

The team paid particular attention to detail, scaling, and drafting conventions to meet both the client's specifications and applicable German standards. The final drawings are suitable for engineering purposes, archival records, and ongoing facility management.
