The Archizem team developed a complete set of architectural drawings for an office building, based on a laser scanning point cloud, for a German client specializing in Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM). The primary objective was to create an accurate as-built record to support facility management, refurbishment planning, and technical maintenance.

The drawings accurately document the building's geometry and spatial layout, including rooms, openings, stairwells, and key engineering nodes. They were prepared for direct integration into CAFM systems, supporting precise space management and the efficient operational use of spatial data.

Furthermore, Archizem performed thorough verification, unification, and standardization of all drawings in accordance with German DIN standards. This ensures the materials are ready for immediate use in the client’s internal processes, including leased area management, refurbishment planning, and technical maintenance scheduling.
